High School / Middle School
Reserve your spot for Middle/High School Open Mat Practices.
Open Mat practices consist of live combat as well as wrestler-specific instruction as requested. To maintain small group benefits and the safety of our wrestlers, we limit our youth practice to 14 wrestlers/practice. Booking is completed on a first come/first serve basis. If you are unable to make a practice you’re signed up for, you can cancel up to 48 prior to the practice start time. If you do not show up and did not cancel prior, you will be charged the practice credit. Our members are entitled to these practices as part of their membership, and are not required to schedule.
